A rabbit (also known as "Long-ears" by Elil) is a type of animal, including Hazel, General Woundwort, Cowslip, Bigwig, and the rest of the rabbits. Rabbits make up the large majority of all the characters, excluding Kehaar, the unnamed mouse, and a few others.

They are the enemies of hawks, snakes, crows, cats, dogs, and humans.
