Flitter is a bat who appears in the TV series. He is Pipkin's friend.

In “Winter on Watership Down, Part 1,” he attends the feast at Watership Down and befriends Pipkin. He explains to Pipkin that he finds in his way in the dark listening to echoes, and that he eats bugs. Pipkin wonders if Hazel will bring back bugs for Flitter for the feast.
