Nur-Rama is a character in Tales from Watership Down. She is known as El-ahrairah’s favorite doe.

Tales from Watership Down

She is mentioned several times in "The Story of King Fur-Rocious," but never makes a direct appearance. When King Fur-Rocious conquers El-ahrairah's warren, Rabscuttle reports that he kidnapped Nur-Rama. Dismayed, El-ahrairah determines to rescue her and drive out Fur-Rocious. He succeeds in doing so by employing the help of a cat, some crows, some ants, and a stream. Despite being central to the conflict of the tale, Nur-Rama does not have an active or speaking role.
